- Dream Team will cover the costs to fly Connectors from either Cape Town International or O.R Tambo International Airport to King Shaka International Airport. Dream Team will also cover the costs to provide one bus from King Shaka International Airport to the MSC Cruise. All other travel costs are for the Connectors' own accounts.
- If a Connector misses their transport or flight to King Shaka International Airport, or does not arrive in time for the bus, they will need to make their own way to the MSC Cruise on their own account.
6. General Conditions
- Only Dream Team Incentive winners will be eligible to attend the trip. No partners, friends, or family may accompany the winner, even if they are willing to pay for their own ticket.
- If a Connector is unable to attend the incentive for any reason, they may not allocate or transfer their ticket to another person. Their position will be forfeited and Dream Team management reserves the right to reallocate the ticket at their discretion.
- Tickets may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
- Once winners are announced, Connectors must receive any required travel vaccinations and documentation, including Passports, at their own expense and organisation. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the ticket.
- The trip is scheduled for November 2026, or as close to that date as reasonably possible.
- Dream Team management has full discretion over eligibility, rule interpretation, disputes, and final decisions.
- The management reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice.
- If the incentive trip cannot proceed for any reason (including external circumstances), Dream Team may cancel the incentive entirely, and no claims or compensation will be entertained.
- Dream Team reserves the right to change the incentive destination at any time.
- Connectors must cooperate fully with the Incentive Management Team to ensure smooth processes and coordination.
- Connectors will have the option to opt out of the revised incentive. If a Connector opts out, no compensation will be offered in exchange.
- Winners must be 18 years or older at the time of the announcement.

- Each Connector will also have a Personal Incentive Target page available in their back office.
- The Top 35 performers will receive regular WhatsApp updates with current standings and motivation.

- The final leaderboard and winners will be confirmed on 16 July 2026.

8. Wildcard Competition
For the June 2026 – August 2026 Wildcard Competition:
- A Connector will earn 1 Wildcard entry for every month in which they achieve 7 personally referred policies that are successfully paid within the same calendar month.
- Only policies personally referred by the Connector will qualify.
- Policies must be active and paid in full within the relevant month to qualify.
- The standard 5-day grace period rule for paid policies is used. E.g., if a Policy is paid on 28 June, it will only appear in the system on 2 July and count towards July. For this reason, August Policies must be paid before 11 August to count for August Wildcard Entry.
- A maximum of 1 Wildcard entry may be earned per Connector per month.
- A maximum of 3 Wildcard entries may be earned per Connector during the competition period.
- If a Connector has duplicate profiles, only one will gain entries to the Wildcard competition.
- Wildcard winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by Dream Team Head Office on 17 August.
- Wildcard entries are separate from MSC Points and do not contribute toward the main Top 35 leaderboard standings.
- Dream Team reserves the right to verify all qualifying policies and disqualify any entries where cancellations, reversals, fraudulent activity, or irregularities are identified.
- Winners must be 18 years or older at the time of the draw.
- All decisions relating to the Wildcard competition remain at the sole discretion of Dream Team management.
- Winning Connector must have an Active Connector account and be in good standing with the company.
